WORK HISTORY

1998-1999 Electro-Mechanical Technician, ConAir Corporation

Responsible for building proto-types and performing United laboratory tests on appliances such as hairdryers, curling irons, foot bathes and various massagers. Determine resistance, thermostat and thermal fuse values within the appliances. Create schematics and make changes on existing drawings using AutoCad 13.

1993-1997 Telemetry Technician, Union Hospital
Worked evenings monitoring patients heart rates and rhythms. Attended college part time during the day while
employed at Union Hospital.

1991-1992 Emergency Room Tech, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital
Responsibilities included venipuncture, EKG’s and CPR. Also treated and transported patients.

1992-1993 Emergency Medical Technician, East Orange General Hospital
Worked as an ambulance technician, provided basic life support and transported patients.

EDUCATION

1994-1999  A.A.S -  Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Union County College. Currently completing course requirements.

Major areas of study and application included: microprocessor and microcomputer architecture, hardware, software, firmware, programing and interfacing: automatic control systems synthesis and analysis: robotics; semiconductor devices and circuits; analog to digital and digital to analog conversion. Minor courses of study included physics, technical mathematics, technical writing and public speaking.
